How to Bake a Brownie Without Oven.

Good morning people, This time I am going to teach you the final version of applying sponge cake, which is brownie. Brownie is one of the famous snack in the world. Therefore, probably some of them will already know how to bake it, but it’s is no oven baking. Thus, please enjoy.

These are the ingredients of today’s baking ingredients

I organized some ingredients by order. I would like to introduce the ingredients with the waits.

Chocolate 300g Butter 100g, milk and soft flours 12g for each. Milk 130 g, Tea spoon of baking powder, and three eggs.

We will going to start differently from before. We will not make any meringue, but warm the milk first. You may check the milk by floating a piece of butter on to milk and watch it is melting or not.

Next we will melt down the chocolate. You may stir by doing the double boil the chocolate. Just basically means, put the chocolate bowl on the boiling water.

After the chocolate melt softly, you may add the butter.

While the chocolate melting, I covered the rice cooker with the butter.

Adding the butter in the melt chocolate, you have to stir well.

After the butter melt, you should cool down the chocolate little bit because we will add the eggs and I don’t wants them to be steamed.

Add the three eggs one by one .

As soon as the eggs were well blended in to the chocolate, we can add the milk.

You also, don’t forget to stir well.

The tips between adding eggs and milk is temperature. If you add eggs into the hot chocolate, the eggs might get boiled and if the milk is too cold, the chocolate might get harden. Thus you should keep the chocolate and milk hot but not boil the eggs.

Finally, lets add the flour! Actually, brownie doesn’t need to much be careful about the stirring the dough. Since it is not a meringue based cake, the size is not too important. Therefore, you may stir more wider angle.

Of course, all-around steam for 40minutes. If the dough stuck on to the chopstick when you poke the dough after 40min, you can add 5 or 10minutes more.
